For All Cape Ann Festival Players 

Please complete the questionnaire below if you have been selected to  participate in the 2010 National Field Hockey Festival.  This should be completed by Sunday, July 4th so  that communications concerning  Festival information can be relayed via emails , and so that player profiles can be created.
